Courtyard Theater tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a great night out in Plano? The Courtyard Theater is one of those hidden gems that keeps surprising folks. It’s got this cozy open-air patio where you can catch jazz concerts every july since 2013. Honestly, those summer nights under the stars with smooth jazz playing just hit differently. The place also made a splash in 2016 when it hosted the regional drama competition, drawing a bunch of students and theater buffs alike. And let’s not forget the outdoor plaza, it’s been the scene for over a hundred events since 2010, from lively concerts to movement arts and even some pretty cool dramatic performances. Plus, in 2019, they teamed up with the local university for a lecture series on regional performing arts, which was actually pretty interesting, if you’re into that kind of thing. If you’re thinking about snagging tickets, trust me, you’ll want to act fast. The theater offers everything from front-row seats for Disney’s Frozen Kids VIP sections to more budget-friendly options. The interactive seating chart makes picking your perfect spot a breeze, so you can focus on just having a good time. Honestly, whether it’s a family outing or a date night, the Courtyard Theater packs a punch when it comes to live entertainment, don’t miss out.
